Rewarding our team was so rewarding...

We were all geeks, spending long hours at the screen working up projects. We wanted a to do something cool for everyone to recognise and celebrate 5 years growth and connect everyone in a fun way. DOTS was amazing, we all had a good laugh at ourselves and learned so much!  Including our partners was great! A real treat for them.

New team and a new leader...

A new season, a new team, new players forming with new coaches and a few new board members. We had heard about the success of DOTS with others teams we needed something new! Had to be plenty of fun and we wanted to involve everyone engaging players, management, admin staff our board.

 

DOTS tick'd all the boxes, the shift in the room was amazing as people "got it".  We use it every day now, it has helped immensely throughout the organisation, very effective.

 

 

From the boardroom to the bathroom...

We thought we needed a culture change. Learn how to treat others the golden rule treat others like you'd like to be treated, sounds simple but it isn't and DOTS has turned that on its head. The seminar has actually changed the way we think and feel about ourselves and others. DOTS is going viral in our organisation it is amazing. People never talk about training, unless it refers to how boring it was! DOTS has everyone from our executive team to our cleaning staff talking about it. It has transformed teams. The training is voluntary seminars fill quickly people are eager to have the experience and learn the tool.

Community working and learning together...
